Dubrovnik
Dubrovnik is one of the most important historical and tourist locations in Croatia. The area of the City itself began to be inhabited as early as the 7th century AC, but throughout history Dubrovnik is best known as the seat of the Republic of Dubrovnik, which existed from 1358 to 1808 and was best known as a naval and trading power.

Dubrovnik is located at 42 ° 40 'north latitude and 18 ° 04' east longitude. It is located in the south of the Croatian part of the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea. Unlike most Dalmatian cities on the sea in front of Dubrovnik there is not a single larger island.

Dubrovnik has a slightly weaker road connection than other Dalmatian cities. Mostly due to the fact that it is not yet connected to the highway. A good connection to Dubrovnik is provided by the Dubrovnik Airport , which is located 20 km south of the city center. In case you need transportation either from the airport or any destination to Dubrovnik, we recommend that you use the services of JAM Transfer .

Culture
The biggest cultural event in Dubrovnik is certainly the Feast of St. Blaise, which takes place on February 3, the day when Dubrovnik celebrates its patron saint. It is on the UNESCO list of intangible world heritage. It is certainly worth mentioning the Dubrovnik Summer Festival, during which numerous music, drama and dance performances are held in the unique ambience of indoor and outdoor stage spaces of the Renaissance-Baroque part of the city.
