Data security is guaranteed by the credit card processor, where the entire payment process takes place. Neither Jam Group d.o.o. nor Monri d.o.o. who provide credit card processing online on behalf of the group Jam Group d.o.o. will have access to your credit card data at any time.
All confidential information is transferred in encrypted form using the SSL and PKI systems, the most advanced protection methods available. Data security is guaranteed by OTP banka d.d. as a credit card processor. The entire payment process is performed on the pages of the bank and is not available to our system at any time.
Refunds are made strictly through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro, which means that the Bank will reimburse the customer's account at the request of the Company.
