hi, im just wondering if anyone can give me any recommendations regarding yacht charter companies in croatia?? I see that there are lot of companies but can't tell the brokers and charter companies apart. I fly into and out of split airport so if you have any suggested itineraries that would be great too.

The Moorings has an excellent reputation. We've chartered with them in the Carribean. They also charter in Greece as well as in Croatia.. So far they have been fantastic and the price is right. Look up for their web page in the internet (I’m not sure if it’s allowed to advertise here)...

haven't used the Moorings, I think they only have catamarans, and we wanted a regular sail boat... we went with Lord Yachting, as recommended by a friend!
 
The service was excellent, and the sail boat we had was brand new. Our skipper Frane was so nice and very professional and a lot of fun!

I'm Hungarian, I sped most of my holidays in Croatia or Tenerife:)
If I want to sail, I sail with Elan Yacthing, because they have bases in four marinas on the Croatian cost line so I could discover new places and at list but not last I like ELAN boats.
Their prices are OK for me, and if I'm lucky, I could get a last minute sell as well.
I know everybody is different, but I'm happy with ELAN. I have tried Bavaria, Lagoon and another boats. But Lagoon is too expensive for me.

Last year we were in Croatia and that was fantastic vacation.
The ship was in perfect condition and seven days, we sailed pleasantly.
Kornati Islands was especially stunning.
