Solid extract is what brings out the fruitiness, while lively acids and hidden alcohol make it very drinkable. It is served at 10-12 °C and with main courses with white meat as well as fish, with fine cheeses and desserts.
Karakteristične je svijetle slamnate žute boje sa zelenkastom nijansom. Ugodne je cvjetno – voćne arome, a okus svjež, ugodan i topao. Solidan ekstrakt je zaslužan za voćnost, a živahne kiseline i potpuno prigušeni alkohol za pitki i lepršavi karakter ovog vina. Servirati na 10 - 12 °C
Izvrsno se slaže uz glavna jela od bijelog mesa i plemenite ribe, te s finim sirevima i desertima.
